Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be purchased directly from https://beautyline.com.bd.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.

Return Window & Timeline

Submit your request within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, ship the item back within 3 days. Processing typically completes within 3–7 business daysafter we receive and inspect the item.

Item Condition

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
  • Include any free gifts, samples, or accessories received with the item.
  • Items returned used, damaged, or missing parts may be declined or subject to partial refund.

Non-returnable Items

  • Opened personal care/cosmetics where hygiene seals are broken.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.
  • Gift cards, trial-size freebies, or samples.
  • Products with tampered labels/batch codes.

How to Start a Return

  1. Go to My Orders and select the order/item.
  2. Click “Request Return” and provide your reason with photos (if applicable).
  3. Await approval email/SMS with return instructions and address.
  4. Pack securely; include invoice and all accessories/freebies.
  5. Ship via the instructed courier or arrange pickup where available.

Refunds & Method

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded to a bank/mobile wallet.
  • Processing time: typically 3–7 business days after inspection (bank/card timelines may vary).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).

Exchanges

Direct exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund or suggest alternatives.

Damaged/Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping.

Shipping & Fees

  • For customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size/shade ordered), return shipping is your responsibility.
  • For our error (damaged/incorrect item), we cover return shipping.
  • Please use a trackable service; we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice of significant changes.
